Classic Leathers
Classic leather hides are buffed to provide an even surface before a contrasting grain effect is embossed into the hide, with colour and finishing coats applied to complete the process. This results in an upholstery leather covering that offers a soft touch, consistency, and exceptional durability, making it ideal for family-friendly environments and busy lifestyles.
Our classic leathers utilise the entire useable surface area of the hide, by incorporating leather ‘splits’ for selected back and sides, ensuring optimal yield while maintaining 100% genuine cowhide integrity.
Proper care using our recommended care and protection plan is essential to preserve the beauty and longevity of your leather investment, ensuring an extended lifetime for your cherished piece.
Premium Leathers
Often referred to as 'Semi Aniline' leathers, premium leathers are lightly corrected and delicately buffed to create a uniform appearance. With a semi-aniline dye and a thin protective topcoat, these leathers are durable and resistant, making them a durable surface.
The light coating allows the retention and visibility of natural characteristics such as scars, scratches, and wrinkles, which serve to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of the leather. Supple and luxuriously soft to the touch, premium leathers boast a rich texture that enhances any interior at a lower price point than our luxury category.

Luxe Leathers
Commonly referred to as aniline leathers, luxe leathers are derived from only the top 5% of premium hide stock. Dyed to industry standards using soluble dyes only, the unique natural characteristics of each hide are retained completely and effortlessly showcased. Luxe leathers are kept in their most natural state, allowing for a rich patina to develop as your sofa ages with time.
Unlike classic and premium leathers, our luxe leathers are more susceptible to the effects of environmental factors such as direct sunlight, as well as the absorption of accidental spills and stains, which makes proper care for the covering even more vital. The highest quality leather that is incredibly soft, warm and supple to the touch and natural, attractive and individual in appearance – our luxury leathers are a lifetime investment.
