Hunter Home Competition Terms & Conditions – Complete our Survey and Be in to win a RRP $500 Gift Voucher

Issued: September 2025

1) Competition dates are 22 September – 31 December 2025

2) The entrant is entered into the draw when they complete all mandatory fields on the survey form at hunterhome.co.nz

3) The winning entry will be selected by random draw on 20 January 2026. Judging will take place at 34 Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland.

4) The Promoter will notify the winner by 22 January 2026.

a) If the winner does not respond by 23 January 2026, the promoter will do a re-draw of winner.

5) Prize: The prize package will be one RRP $500 Hunter Home Gift Voucher. This is non-negotiable and not able to be exchanged for cash.

a) Please note – delivery and manufacturing timeframes will apply when purchasing products.

b) There is no minimum spend required to redeem the voucher. It can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

c) If your desired product is higher than the stated RRP $500 voucher value you will be required to pay the difference. If it is lower than the stated RRP $500 voucher value, you will receive the balance in account credit. No cash will be given for the balance.

General Competition Terms and Conditions

6) The Promoter is Morgan Retail Ltd, 34 Triton Drive, Albany, Auckland.

7) The Promotion is open to anyone who doesn’t work at Morgan Retail Ltd or Morgan Furniture International Ltd, is aged 18 years or above and who resides in New Zealand. 

8) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any Participant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms & conditions, or engaged in any unlawful, or other improper conduct, or any conduct towards the promoter and/or calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition.

10) The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies, directors, employees shall not be liable in any way under these terms or at law (including, but without limitation negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but without limitation direct, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or promotion or in connection with the prize.

11) The Promoter will collect details of the winners only for the purposes of this competition. Pursuant to the Privacy Act, the winners have the right to access and correct any personal information provided by themselves.

12) The promoter and / or internet service providers take no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost / delayed data, transmission, omission, interruption, failures of any computer equipment, software, inability to access telecommunications network services, congestion or any other error or malfunction in relation to the promotion, including but not limited to misdirected, late, or failed requests for registration.

13) All information you provide will be used for administering this promotion and for future promotional or publicity purposes at the Promoter’s sole discretion.

14) Nothing in this Agreement shall impose any direct personal liability whatsoever on the part of the Supplier’s directors, shareholders or employees.
