Hunter Home ‘New Season Savings’ Sale Terms and Conditions
1. The following specific terms and conditions apply to our April ‘New Season Savings’ promotion.
a) Start Date: 9.00am on 5th April 2024.
b) End Date: 5.00pm on 29th April 2024.
c) Promotion Details:
i. This offer applies to full priced items only and excludes already discounted products, care products and freight.
ii. Offer is up to 40% off.
iii. Category discounts (excluding those listed in d(a)) are as follows: 10% off Rugs & Accessories, 20% off Lounge (sofas, armchairs, modulars), 15% Hard Furniture, and 50% off Outdoor Furniture.
iv. Additional freight may apply dependant on location, this will be advised at point of purchase.
d) (a) Advertised featured products: Advertised products are whilst stocks last after which time they will be made to order.

2. General Terms
The following general terms and conditions apply to all promotions and all sales of Hunter Home products during any promotional period:
a) Making a purchase during a promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
b) All promotional pricing discounts are off the normal recommended retail price and available during the promotion period while stocks last.
c) The Retailer may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
d) The Retailer takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.
e) Any decisions made by the Retailer in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
f) To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Retailer, its suppliers and licensors (including Morgan Retail Limited) and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by in connection with the promotion.
g) Morgan Retail Limited is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).
h) All personal information collected by the Retailer during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Retailer’s privacy policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Retailer may supply the personal information of a customer obtained from that customer to the Relevant Parties and such personal information may be used by a Relevant Party in the conduct of the promotion and to provide services and marketing materials in the future.
i) Additional freight may apply dependant on location, this will be advised at point of purchase.
j) Some products may be subject to delays due to the customisation of our product lines. Please be assured that we will communicate an ETA at the time of purchase and every endeavour will be made to achieve this delivery date.
3. FINANCE TERMS:
18 Months No Payments & No Interest*
*No payments and no interest for 18 months (“Payment Holiday”) is available on Long Term Finance (LTF) for in-store purchases only until 27/05/2024. Min Spend $500. $55 Establishment Fee applies to your first LTF transaction, $35 Advance Fee applies to subsequent LTF transactions. Standard Interest Rate of 28.50% p.a. applies to outstanding balance at the end of LTF Interest Free Period. Rates and fees correct as at date of publication, subject to change. Columbus Financial Services Limited and Consumer Finance Limited reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the offer and these Ts&Cs at any time without notice.
